Amour Rouge AOP Languedoc 2021 (0.75l)

Light cherry red with purple reflections in the glass. The nose is fragrant, fresh, and fruity. Fresh red fruits like cherries, raspberries, and currants shine. None of it is mushy or overripe; everything is crisp and juicy. A gentle hint of violet hovers over the fruit bouquet. On the palate, it's wonderfully fresh, juicy, and straightforward—slightly chilled, this is the ideal summer red wine. A gentle and equally cool spice joins the fruit on the finish, but otherwise, there's not a trace of fat. A great introduction to Domaine Prés Lasses, and an art to maintain such a cool style in the extreme temperatures of the Languedoc. Chapeau!
