The Wine
The entry into Molitor's Burgundy world. 100% Pinot Blanc grapes from Moselle vineyards, vinified in steel and a small portion in oak. A juicy, yellow-fruity nose with plenty of peach, a hint of orange fruit and zest, yet very fragrant and fresh. On the palate, more peach, along with ripe oranges and tangerines, a hint of salt, and a wonderfully creamy, silky texture that harmonizes wonderfully with the wine's clarity and freshness. This is refined, fresh, uncomplicated, and extremely drinkable, yet with plenty of character for an entry-level wine in this price range.

The Winery
Markus Molitor
The Molitor name is a long-standing fixture on the Terraced Mosel. It stands for uncompromising quality and a fantastic variety in terms of vineyards and winemaking styles. The house's Rieslings are absolutely classic Mosel and offer delicate fruit—dry or sweet—in perfect balance with smoky slate. The house's Burgundies are equally impressive, consistently convincing at all levels of quality.
