The Riesling Vom steilen Hang is something like the house's local wine. Cuvée from the best steep slopes such as Trittenheimer Apotheke, Schweicher Annaberg and Leiwener Laurentiuslay, we are drinking a typical cool climate Riesling with Mosel terroir . In the glass it shines a light lemon yellow. The nose is equally bright and crystal clear with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, juicy peach and a hint of pineapple. A pinch of coriander seeds adds a touch of spice. Overall it appears cool and taut.
