The Wine

Dolcetto from biodynamic farming. Matured entirely in stainless steel, the wine enters the glass accordingly clear and fruity. A delight of dark red and black fruit rises, juicy and intense. Sweet black cherry, ripe strawberry, juicy sour cherry. Added to that a touch of balsamic and an ethereal freshness. A very clear, dark-fruity, yet fresh expression. On the palate, it's juicy and fruity, framed by a fine tannin structure with a tart, structured character. It radiates with freshness, light-footed and exhilarating. The fruit is as dark and profound as the wine is vibrant and fresh on the tongue. This is a juicy treat full of vitality, a delight for every day, at a high level!
