The Wine

Jean Gimonnet's Premier Cru Rosé Champagne is an extremely elegant, understated wine. No loud, cheesy strawberries leap from the glass. The nose is filled with delicate red forest fruits, accompanied by hints of brioche and light spice. On the palate, this sparkling wine presents a character characterized by tranquility and uncanny balance. The finely bubbly mousse noticeably massages the tongue and provides vitality. The foam is by no means overly intense, leaving room for a soft bouquet defined by beautiful ripeness. Here, too, forest fruits and yeast pastries on the finish leave you wanting the next sip. A rosé champagne like we rarely see, and at an unbeatable price.
