Sauvignon Blanc dry 2023 (0.75l)

Florian's 2023 Sauvignon Blanc practically leaps out of the glass! It's so ultra-loud and present with tons of exotic fruit and grassy notes, wild! Mango, lychee, and passion fruit, even green star fruit—it's a whole fruit salad, but it never becomes cheesy or annoying. Instead, it's simply super expressive and fresh, underpinned by delicately spicy and grassy notes. On the palate, it's bone-dry, tart, and spicy with ripe citrus notes; the exotic aromas on the nose are more in the background. This is a damn delicious and intense Sauvignon Blanc, full on, a perfect wine for the coming warm days with tremendous freshness and easy drinking. Great stuff!
