The Wine
An introduction to the Teroldego world of the Foradoris. A truly ethereal nose, with frankincense and eucalyptus, a touch of bay leaf, then fresh herbs, a touch of coriander, and juicy red cherry. A very delicate aroma with tremendous freshness, but also a presence of dense fruit and aromatic depth. On the palate, a truly lovely bite, juicy sour cherry, some darker fruit like blackberry, and very fine but present tannins. Plenty of drive and juice, totally lively and with plenty of grip. A superbly delicious and vibrant wine full of freshness and presence, it's fantastic!
