The Wine
A fragrant, fruity-spicy nose, reminiscent of elderflowers and fresh grapes with ripe yellow citrus. Aromas that are both fresh and ripe, very expressive, not unlike Seehof's Sauvignon Blanc, yet less boisterous and somewhat more balanced, with plenty of mineral notes from the limestone. Very stimulating on the palate with fresh, fruity acidity, highly aromatic with plenty of elderflower and grape, a light bitter note from the tannins, a piquant finish, and grip on the palate. A beautifully fruity, lively, elegant, and stimulating wine for warm days, superbly drinkable and delicious at a high level!
