About Champagne Louise Brison

Located in the south of Champagne, the family-run Louise Brison champagne house looks back on over 100 years of history. Founded by Louise in 1910, it is now run by her great-granddaughter, Delphine Brulez. The winery operates entirely organically (certified from the 2020 vintage) with a focus on biodynamics. The Côte des Bar, located in the very south of Champagne, is geographically closer to Chablis than Reims. This is also evident in the composition of the soils: limestone predominates. Delphine cultivates 15 hectares of vines here, divided between 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. She produces exclusively vintage champagnes, all of which are aged on the lees for at least five years. The result is expressive, intense wines full of structure, grip and energy, which are characterized by very good aging potential.
